Contact

Short emails,
real answers.

There is no contact form on this page on purpose. Forms disappear into queues; an email reaches a person who can actually answer.

You run a business and want acceptance

onboarding@tapproof.in

Tell us what your people do all day and how many phones they carry. That one answer decides the acquirer, the category code and the shape of the rollout.

You are a bank or payment aggregator

partners@tapproof.in

We bring qualified merchants and the acceptance technology; you keep the licence and the merchant contract.

You are integrating

developers@tapproof.in

Sandbox credentials, the event contract, and the zero-infrastructure demo you can run before scheduling a call.

Why no form

Forms disappear into queues

An email reaches a person who can answer it, usually the same day. There are four addresses because there are four genuinely different conversations.

Before you write

Three things that make the first reply useful

01

What your people do

Delivery, service calls, collections, market trade. It determines the merchant category code you are onboarded under, which determines a great deal else.
02

How many phones

Ten and ten thousand are different products operationally. It shapes the quote and the rollout plan.
03

What you have already tried

If you have quotes from terminal vendors or a gateway relationship already, say so. It saves a fortnight of establishing the obvious.
